On the spot booking is not possible. You have to book accommodation at Tent city in advance as you have to show your booking voucher at the Check post to enter in the Tent city.

For failed transaction, you can try to make payment aging with proper payment methods. If booking is not done after deduction of amount, generally amount is reversed in your transaction source within 5 working days. Yes. Driver accommodation facility is available at Narmada Tent city. As the no. of beds are limited for driver accommodation, it will be on first come first serve basis. This facility is Not available at Statue of unity Tent city.

Standard lunch time is 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. If you are doing Late Check-in, inform reception about the same. You can request for packed lunch to be kept in your tent/ cottage.

Yes. Guest who has booked Tent city can bring their personal vehicles to Tent city. Tent city has free parking facility available.

Yes. Regular Hop-on/ Hope-off Bus Services charge is included in your SOU entry ticket. Rate for circular buses is not included in any package.

Personal vehicles are NOT allowed for transport from SOU parking to SOU and nearby places.

For Narmada Tent City, Circular buses (charging INR 50/- per person per time) are available every 30 minutes from 8 am to 6 pm. For Statue of Unity Tent City, transport is included in SOU tent city buses in your package.

To keep premise clean, throw trash in trash bins. Food from outside is restricted. However, baby food and medicines are allowed. Items like cigarettes, matchbox, lighters, other inflammable items, intoxicants and pets are prohibited in SOU premise.
